Credit/Debit Card Payments
You can pay for your order using a credit or debit card. The accepted cards are: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, and Union Pay.
We also accept payments via POSTEPAY and all reloadable cards operating on the VISA ELECTRON circuit.

For us, security is extremely important, and we want to confirm that your information will always be encrypted and safe.
We also remind you that credit and debit card payments are subject to validation and authorization from both our end and your credit institution.
When you place an order using a card payment, your bank may ask you to confirm your identity using 3D Secure authentication.
3-D Secure authentication reduces the number of fraudulent online activities, including identity theft and unauthorized card use.It protects cardholder data and reduces fraud attempts.
There are many ways to authenticate online payments, and you may be asked to confirm your identity via SMS, email, or TouchID.
We recommend contacting your bank to ensure they have your correct contact details in case you are required to use SMS or email for 3D Secure authentication.
PayPal Payments
PayPal is an absolutely secure online payment method that allows you to pay for your order by logging directly into your account.
The data related to your account and the credit card linked to it are managed directly by PayPal, which will send you an email notification after the payment has been made.
Bank Transfer Payments (only for European Union countries)
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, the bank details for the payment will be displayed. The goods will only be shipped upon actual receipt of the payment by the bank.
WHY WAS MY PAYMENTS REJECTED?
Your payment may fail for the following reasons:
Credit Card Payments:
- Check your credit or debit card details and verify that the billing address matches the one associated with the card.
- The card is not authorized for international payments (our company and operations are conducted in the Netherlands).
- Your card has reached its limit for internet payments. Verify that the limit imposed on your credit or debit card does not prevent the due payment from being charged.
- The transaction page has expired.
PayPal Payments:
- Check your PayPal account and verify that the linked payment cards are up to date or that the account balance is sufficient.
- Make sure your PayPal account is verified.
- You left the page before completing the checkout process.
- The transaction page has expired. In these cases, please contact PayPal for more detailed questions regarding your PayPal account.
Klarna Payments:
Klarna offers an innovative, fully digital payment service. You can find more information here* about the deferred, installment, or immediate payment options and how to use them online.
