HOW TO MEASURE

1. SHOULDERS
Place the start of the tape measure on the edge of one shoulder. Measure in a straight line to the edge of the other shoulder, at the widest point.

2. CHEST
Wrap the tape measure around your body, under your arms, and measure the circumference at the fullest part of your chest.

3. WAIST
Wrap the tape measure around your waist and measure the circumference.

4. HIPS
Measure the circumference by wrapping the tape measure around your hips.
