SHIPPING
The shipping cost is visible on the checkout page after you’ve added products to your cart.
Orders are processed by our logistics department within 1-2 business days from the date they are received in our system.
[ ITALY ] Delivery normally takes 2-3 business days from when the order is handed over to the courier throughout Italy, with the exception of Sicily, Sardinia, and Calabria, where delivery requires one additional day.
[ EUROPE ] Delivery normally takes 3-5 business days from when the order is handed over to the courier, excluding remote areas where delivery may take an extra day.
[ EXTRA - EU ] Delivery normally takes 2-4 business days from when the order is handed over to the courier, excluding remote areas where delivery may take an extra day.
During sales and promotions, shipping may take longer.
Please remember that shipping and deliveries are not carried out on weekends and national holidays. We suggest you always choose an address where someone can receive the package. If you prefer to receive your order at an office or with a concierge, please also include the name of the reference person.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notification note with instructions for collecting the goods or will attempt 2 new delivery attempts.
We recommend always monitoring the status of the shipment with the tracking code that will be communicated to you via email when the package is shipped; you can check the status of the order at any time!
When the products are delivered, we always recommend checking:
- That the number of packages being delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the transport document.
- That the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet, or otherwise altered, including the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).

What should I do if my package is damaged or some items are missing?
We want you to receive an intact package with all the items you purchased. Should this not happen, we ask you to help us by sending photos of the damaged package to our Customer Care. In case of missing items, always write to our Customer Care, briefly specifying exactly which items are affected.
What should I do if I haven’t received my package?
Our couriers do their best to ensure you receive your order on time and, most importantly, intact. Despite their attention, we cannot exclude that exceptions may occur.
If the tracking number shows a problem with the delivery of your package related to the shipping address, you can contact the courier directly for further information.
If, however, the courier needs our intervention (as the sender), please contact our Customer Care at the following address customercare@seventyvenezia.com no later than 14 days from the shipment of the package.
CUSTOMS DUTIES
Regarding deliveries requested in countries not belonging to the European Union, any import customs fees will be the responsibility of the recipient.
We are not aware of the amount of customs duties, which will be communicated to you by the courier once the shipment has arrived at its destination. We therefore invite you to contact the customs authorities of your country in advance to check the costs and any import limits.
- ( UK ) As of January 1, 2021, due to Brexit, shipments to the United Kingdom with a total amount of purchased items greater than £135.00 will be subject to customs duties and any other costs which are the responsibility of the customer. In no case is Customer Service aware of the amount of these costs because they vary for each country and it is not possible to report them at the time of order completion. We recommend contacting the UK Customs Office for more information.
