Shipments are made by courier from Monday to Friday between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Three delivery attempts will be made; there is no request for delivery on specific days and times.

You may return purchased products within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of delivery by making an email request or by filling the relevant form on your account.
