HOW TO MEASURE

1. SHOULDERS: place the start of the tape measure on the edge of one shoulder. Measure in a straight line to the edge of the other shoulder, at the widest point.
2. CHEST: wrap the tape measure around your body, under your arms, and measure the circumference at the fullest part of your chest.
3. WAIST: wrap the tape measure around your waist and measure the circumference.
4. HIPS: measure the circumference by wrapping the tape measure around your hips.
